Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie synergii dzieła sztuki i dzieła z kategorii architektury krajobrazu – ogrodu pokazowego. Ogród i zapisane w nim wartości artystyczne i estetyczne stają się dziełem w krajobrazie. Zdarza się również, że ogród tworzony jest przez artystę w celu wyrażenia pewnej treści. Jest dziełem – trójwymiarowym obrazem, utworem, wypowiedzią. Takie ogrody prezentowane są na festiwalach ogrodowych, cieszących się dużą popularnością wydarzeniach z pogranicza natury i kultury. Analizy ogrodów pokazowych zakotwiczone w metodyce analizy dzieła sztuki oraz architektury krajobrazu wskazały, że inspiracją do ich tworzenia mogą być krajobrazy –różne, nie tylko te piękne, urokliwe, malownicze; również te zdegradowane. Wartości prezentowane w ogrodach pokazowych wskazują na dużą wrażliwość twórców na aspekty związane z ochroną środowiska, co ma niebagatelne znaczenie i przełożenie na odbiorców – użytkowników krajobrazów.

An aim of this article is to present the cooperation between the piece of art and work from the landscape architecture category – a show garden. The garden and the artistic and aesthetic values saved in it, become an art in the landscape. It also happens when the garden is created by the artist for the purpose to tell a story, express the content. It’s an art work – a three-dimensional image, narration, statement. These gardens are presented during garden festivals, popular events in the interdisciplinary way – of nature and culture. The analyses of show gardens anchored in the methodology of the analysing art and landscape architecture showed that the inspiration in making them could be the landscapes – different landscapes, not only beautiful, charming, delightful, but even those downgraded. The values presented in gardens show indicate high sensitivity of creators to the aspects connected with environmental protection which has a considerable meaning and impact on recipients – the users of landscapes.
