Outer personal marketing as the element of the holistic orientation of organization

In the article the problems related to outer personal marketing as the fundamental element of the holistic marketing orientation were presented. The essence of holistic attitude was shown and its role in the effective marketing activities directed to employees of a scientific organization was underlined. The special attention was paid to the key role of potential empoyees’ knowledge about this approach. On the base of the results of the empirical researches one can state that its level is very low. It is one of the main barriers in the process of outer personal marketing implementing in the case of a scientific organization as well as in the case of others organizations.

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z zewnętrznym marketingiem personalnym jako integralnym elementem holistycznej orientacji marketingowej. Pokazano istotę podejścia holistycznego oraz jego znaczenie w skutecznym prowadzeniu działań marketingowych ukierunkowanych na pracowników organizacji naukowej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na kluczową cechę takiego podejścia, jaką jest perspektywa całościowa, dzięki której równorzędnie traktuje się wszystkich aktualnych i potencjalnych partnerów organizacji. Podkreślono również kluczową rolę posiadania odpowiednich zasobów wiedzy przez potencjalnych pracowników na temat omawianej koncepcji, wskazując, że w praktyce jej poziom jest niestety zbyt niski, co potwierdziły wyniki przeprowadzonych badań empirycznych. Jest to jedną z podstawowych barier utrudniających implementację zewnętrznego marketingu personalnego, bez której żadnej organizacji, w tym także żadnej organizacji naukowej, nie można określić mianem zorientowanej holistycznie.
