In the article gender inequalities in Polish labour market have been investigated in compari­son to other European Union countries. Observed and adjusted gender pay gap, as well as gender inequalities regarding access to top managerial positions, have been analysed. Data from Eurostat, OECD and Polish Central Statisttical Office, as well as findings from studies by other authors, have been discussed. The article concludes that the gender pay gap in Poland is relatively small and decreasing, and that there are significant gender inequalities in access to top managerial positions.

W artykule podjęto problematykę nierówności na rynku pracy ze względu na płeć w Polsce na tle pozostałych krajów Unii Europejskiej. Dokonano analizy rzeczywistej i skorygowanej luki płacowej oraz nierówności związanych z zatrudnieniem na wyższych stanowiskach menedżerskich. Wykorzystano dane Eurostatu, OECD, GUS-u i opublikowane wyniki badań przeprowadzonych przez innych autorów. Analiza umożliwiła sformułowanie wniosków o występujących w Polsce: niewielkiej i malejącej w czasie luce dochodowej oraz istotnych nierówności­ach ze względu na płeć w dostępie do wysokich stanowisk zarządczych.
