Nowadays, the Internet has become one of the fundamental elements of functioning in society, also for pupils and students. Using the Internet requires specific skills related to obtaining and processing information. These are known as information literacy. They imply not only the ability to find the necessary information, but also to select reliable information that will meet the information needs of an individual. The article presents the results of research aimed at analyzing the process of using network information resources in the opinion of students. The results of the research made it possible to initially recognize and assess selected aspects of information competences in the studied group. Despite the perceived benefits and not imagining functioning without the Internet, the students showed a quite critical attitude in assessing the reliability of information obtained from the Internet.

The conceptual model of a medium of popular science content was implemented with consideration of its functional features. The algorithm of development, the architectonics peculiarities, the representation forms of designed model involve to take into account the requirements for the functioning of a modern competitive information product. The purpose of creating the conceptual model of medium of popular science content is implementation of the concept of mass media, which will ensure compliance with such system of interconnected requirements: presentation of scientific content in popular form; segmentation of the purpose-oriented audience; achievement of commercial success of the project; availability of an evolutionary perspective. During the research, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: comparative-historical, analytical methods of classification and grouping, methods of modelling, foresight and SWOT-analysis, descriptive method. The comparative-historical method was used to analyze and systematize data on the formation and development of popular science content; classification and grouping – to specify the thematic and typological features of popular science content; the method of comparison – to identify the common and distinctive features of different models of medium of popular science content; descriptive method – for presenting and substantiating the research results. The basis of the concept of modelling the medium of popular science content is the opinion that the successful functioning and competitiveness of the content medium is the result of strategic design as a mechanism of social management. The use of foresight methodology in the development of the conceptual model of a medium of popular science content gave the opportunity to take full account of the features of its stylistic and typological characteristics, based on the potential of integration of journalistic skills, innovative marketing and information technology. The creativity has the highest potential because of ability to strengthen all the basic principles: both during the formation (modification) of the creative concept, and during the formation and development of informative and artistic content, and during the implementation of convergence processes. This testifies that a creative approach is a necessary component of success in all areas of the functioning of a medium of popular science content, because it is directed to design original, innovative forms and methods of journalistic art, which in its integrated summary is capable to generate a qualitatively new mass-media product.

In the article the criteria of improving the level of scientific study on quantum physics are revealed. The author used empirical and theoretical methods. The methodological basis of research is leading psycho-pedagogical concept of learning and development of students. The purpose of the article is the formulation of criteria of improving the levelof scientific study on quantum physics. The analysis of implementation of the principle of scientific training is done, compliance with which requires enriching the content of physical education and bringing it into line with the current level of scientific development, the needs of the practice of social demands and requirements of modern physics teacher training. Implementation of this we see in deepening the fundamental course of general physics combined with professional orientation and improvement of teaching methods of physical phenomena in the modern education system. Solving these problems is called to implement the proposed criteria of improving the level of scientific study on quantum physics. These criteria include: 1. Compliance with the structure and content of physical education of the academic and social experience. 2. Nomination and justification of the idea of the need for inclusion of new physics course content of science physics from providing higher-level generalizations. 3. Identification of each section of the course of General Physics leading ideas, systems of fundamental concepts that reflect the major trends in modern science. 4. Reorientation of the methods of teaching physics at a high level of motivation training. 5. The problem of the psychology of formation of new knowledge in terms of teaching jumps (transition from classical to quantum concepts) in a modern educational system. 6. Organization of teaching students self-mastery of knowledge is the defining element of the educational process in the study of quantum physics and sections that provide continuity of learning. Thus, we found and implemented training modules in the basic criteria for the organization of classes in modern methodological system of teaching quantum physics. Prospects of further scientific studies related to the development of experimental methods of forming competence of future teachers of physics in the study on modern physics.
