The necessity of the modernisation of the system of pedagogical education is an answer for the calls of time. The problem of searchingthe new ways of improvement of professional preparation of future teachers in particular and for the primary school. One of the aspects of modernisation of pedagogical education is the preparation for usingthe information and communication technologies (ICT) for the organization of the educational environment, forming the skills of the 21-st century, subject, intersubject, key competences. The article deals with the problem of the organization of the process of the formation of future primary teacher’s readiness to design information and communication environment as a tool of extension of the range of capacities of collaboration of the main subjects of educational and upbringing processes in primary school. The principles of the organization of information and communication environment of the High Pedagogical Institution with the use of ICTs are emphasized. The range of the tasks is defined for the teachers of the High Pedagogical Institution for training primary school teachers as active participants of the educational environment organization capable to act in the conditions of general primary education standardization. From the experience of the usage of the ICT in the process of the preparation of future teachers, it is marked that one of the most effective factors is the information-educational environment of the high educational establishment, oriented to the usage of technologies of management, Wікі, social networks, tools of markers, blogs, technologies of access to data, which are situated in virtual servers, in «clouds». The components of this environment meet the requirements of openness; realize the approaches of the system, purposefulness, plenitude, feedback, exhaustion. It gives an opportunity to provide the informative concentration of educational environment, adequate to the modern state of the development of information technologies, which satisfies the informative requirements of the students in the creative productive activity. The author has conducted the analysis of normative documents, psychology and educational literature, defined the prospects of further development of this problem , the development of the methodical system of professional preparation of future primary teachers to design the information and communication environment in the conditions of informative and educational environment of the pedagogical college.
