W opracowaniu wskazano na główne problemy związane z formowaniem się społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Przedstawiono podstawowe technologie teleinformatyczne wykorzystywane przez współczesne społeczeństwo. Zwrócono uwagę na stopień wykorzystania tych technologii przez różne grupy społeczne, a zwłaszcza przez młodzież. Podjęto próbę analizy zjawiska wykluczenia części społeczeństwa, które nie może lub nie potrafi korzystać z nowoczesnych środków elektronicznej komunikacji. Wskazano na rolę systemu oświaty w kształtowaniu się postaw, zwłaszcza wśród młodzieży, sprzyjających efektywnemu wykorzystywaniu współczesnych technologii teleinformatycznych tak w kształceniu się, jak i w życiu społecznym.

The main problems related to the formation of informative society were presented in the paper. The basic ICT used by modern society were described. The degree of utilization of these technologies by different groups of society and especially by young people were analyzed. An attempt was made to the analysis of exclusion of the public who cannot or do not know how to use modern means of electronic communication. The role of the education system in shaping attitudes, especially among young people, to foster the effective use of modern ICTs in education and in social life indicated in the paper.

The article analyzes the actual questions of teaching literature in a Modern Information-Learning Environment: reading; textbooks on literature; lesson; organization of research work of pupils; extracurricular activities; the role (mission) of the teacher-linguist. The textbooks on literature, created with the direct participation of the author of the article are separately described. Their content and methodological apparatus help to organize the informative and cognitive activity of the pupils.

The article is devoted to the problem of the network designing as a technology of forming innovative educational activity of higher educational establishment. The special accent in the article is done on the analysis of the network designing as to the method of activity sent to development of cognitive-communicative co-operation in local computer networks and global network the Internet and interactive network projects, which give the additional possibilities for the design of educational-informative environment, the exchange of information, but there are certain methods of communication, which assist innovative educational activity in higher educational establishment. Modern informative society as sociocultural reality shows by itself the dynamic state of forming, becoming, transition from industrial to the postindustrial stage development on a new civilization standard, declaring the symbol of the triumph of knowledge, education, science, high-tech in all spheres of vital functions of man. Informatization of public life, especially with appearance and wide introduction of networks and network technologies, development of innovative economy, with the attribute prevailing of scientific knowledge, prevailing of knowledge above property in foreshortening of social differentiation result in a volume, these innovations have become the strategic factor of the development of world civilization. Informative activity, new knowledge and the newest technologies have come forward as leading resources of the development of the society of any state, including Ukraine. As a necessary condition of modernization of educational continuum development and introduction of new directions of pedagogics and philosophy of education come forward in our state, oriented to forming of innovative activity of tutors and construction of practice of innovative education. The author comes to the conclusion that passing to the new educational project-converting paradigm in a considerable measure actualizes the meaningfulness of full-practice researches, related in the first turn to planning of innovative activity of the participants of educational process as a leading factor of the development of home education within the framework of European and world educational space. The above-mentioned processes generate queries in relation to creation of new and perfection of existent technologies forming an innovative educational activity, among which it follows to distinguish the multimedia and network planning.

Wiedzę z techniki dziecko otrzymuje w swoim środowisku życia. W szkole wiedza ta zostaje usystematyzowana, a dokonuje tego nauczyciel na wybranych lekcjach. Zadaniem nauczyciela jest nie tylko pokazanie praktycznych form wykorzystania idei technicznego dorobku ludzkości, ale samej idei potrzeb i motywacji jego tworzenia.

The show the practical forms of utilization of idea of technical property of mankind is the teacher’s task not only, but only idea of needs and justification of his creating.

In the article the author characterizes the phenomenon of terrorism based on insurrection, which is the example of unsteered resistance. Moreover, it presents the role andimportance of communication for insurrection activity. Communication is used in intelligence work, for training, information transfer (information services), aid organization for insurrectionists and financing of the movement.

Autor w artykule charakteryzuje zjawisko terrorryzmu na przykładzie insurekcjonizmu, będącego przykładem oporu niekierowanego. Ponadto przedstawia rolę i znaczenie komunikacji dla działalności insurekcjonistycznej. Komunikacja jest wykorzystywana do pracy wywiadowczej, szkolenia, przekazywania informacji (serwisy informacyjne), organizacji pomocy dla insurekcjonistów i finansowania ruchu.
