Zarządzanie informacjami i wiedzą we współczesnym przedsiębiorstwie jest warunkiem sine qua non jego skuteczności w coraz bardziej złożonymśrodowisku biznesowym. Pierwszą fazą cyklu wywiadu biznesowego jest identyfikacja potrzeb wywiadowczych, która determinuje pozostałe działania. Szczególnym przykładem nowoczesnego zarządzania jest przedsiębiorstwo wirtualne. Wśród wielu tradycyjnych metod identyfikacji potrzeb wywiadowczych na szczególną uwagę zasługuje, dość rzadko poruszana w literaturze przedmiotu, analiza silnych i słabych sygnałów informacji (wiedzy) wywiadowczej.

Information and knowledge management in a modern organization is a sine qua non condition of its effectiveness in the increasingly complex business environment. The identification of key intelligence needs (KYN) is the first phase of the business intelligence process (BIP) which determines other activities. A virtual organization is a special example of modern and advanced management. Amongst many traditional methods of identification of KYN, the analysis of strong and weak signals of intelligence information (knowledge), although quite rarely brought up in the reference literature, deserves particular attention.

Artykuł podejmuje teoretyczny problem strategii wywiadu biznesowego. Zagadnienie to ściśle odnosi się do strategii przedsiębiorstwa. W przyjętej konwencji terminologicznej autor proponuje główne kierunki założeń strategii wywiadu biznesowego oparte na misji, obszarze działania, celach strategicznych oraz pracy operacyjnej. Przedstawione tezy mają charakter ramowy i wymagają dalszych pogłębionych studiów.

The article addresses the theoretical problem of business intelligence strategy. The issue is closely related to the strategy of a company. In the adopted terminological convention the author proposes the main directions of business intelligence strategy assumptions based on the mission, area of operation, strategic objectives and operational work. The presented theses are of framework character and require further, in-depth studies.

Pisząc o bezpieczeństwie związanym z transportem i obrotem towarami, należy odnieść się do dwóch podstawowych aspektów, a mianowicie: zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa przy obrocie towarami o znaczeniu strategicznym oraz eliminacji zagrożeń terrorystycznych dla infrastruktury transportowej. Celem poniższego artykułu będzie nakreślenie panoramy zagadnień związanych z wyżej wymienionym tematem. Bezpośredni związek z bezpieczeństwem transportu ma proces informacyjny wywiadu, wywiad transportowo-telekomunikacyjny oraz skuteczne przetwarzanie przez wywiad pozyskanych informacji.

Writing about security related to the transport and trade in goods, it is necessary to refer to two fundamental aspects, namely: ensuring security of the trade in goods of strategic importance and eliminating terrorist threats to the transport infrastructure. The purpose of this article is to outline the range of issues related to the above mentioned subject. Transport security is directly linked with the intelligence process, communications and transport intelligence as well as with effective processing of intelligence obtained.
