The article discusses vital issue of the selection of methods and con-tents of teaching the children at the age of kindergarten attendance reading skills. The attempt of the implementation of a different method of teaching to read was undertaken. The novelty of the method is naming the teaching of reading by the teaching of writing, and due to its importance for a child – starting from their own name. The play in reading allowed for willing and effective learning of not easy art by the children in a kindergarten.

W artykule zostało poruszone bardzo istotne zagadnienie doboru metod i treści nauki czytania wśród dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Podjęto próbę wdrożenia odimiennej metody nauki czytania w grupie przedszkolnej. Nowością w tej metodzie jest to, że naukę czytania nazywa się nauką pisania i rozpoczyna ją od własnego imienia dziecka, ze względu na subiektywną odczuwalność jego ważności przez samo dziecko. Zabawa w czytanie pozwoliła na chętne i skuteczne uczenie się tej niełatwej sztuki przez dzieci w przedszkolu.

Education reform in 2000 has introduced a system career advance-ment of teachers. Conceptually, a teacher with a higher degree of advancement should have a greater knowledge, competence, should continue to learn. These activities should translate into his or her work more effectively and thereby en-hancing the quality of institution work. The article discusses results of studies concerning the opinion of the directors of kindergartens about promotion.

Reforma oświaty w roku 2000 wprowadziła system awansu zawodo-wego nauczycieli. W założeniach nauczyciel posiadający wyższy stopień awansu powinien mieć większą wiedzę, kompetencje, powinien ciągle się dokształcać. Te działania mają przekładać się na jego efektywniejszą pracę, a przez to na podno-szenie jakości pracy placówki. W artykule omówione są wyniki badań dotyczące opinii dyrektorów przedszkoli na temat awansu zawodowego.
