Celem prezentowanego artykułu jest ukazanie jednego z ważnych czynników wzmacniających oddziaływania profilaktyczne w szkole jakim jest klimat społeczny w niej panujący. Dokonano tego w kontekście koncepcji resilience, dla której ow klimat społeczny zalicza się do grona czynników szkolnych wzmacniających procesy resilience.

The aim of the article is to show one of the import ant factors strengthening the preventive action undertaken at school, mainly the social climate there. It has been done with the view of the resilience concept, for which this climate is one of the school factors strengthening the resilience processes.
