Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przybliżenie normatywnego kształtu zasady koncentracji materiału procesowego funkcjonującej na gruncie polskiej procedury cywilnej. Regulacja ta służyć ma możliwie jak najszybszemu przeprowadzeniu postępowania, z poszanowaniem jednak nadrzędnego postulatu, jakim jest dokonywanie przez sąd prawdziwych ustaleń faktycznych. Istotność i aktualność badanej tematyki potwierdza również fakt, że materia ta została poddana szerokiej modyfikacji w ustawie nowelizującej z dnia 16 września 2011 r. Z tego punktu widzenia także względy praktyczne przemawiają za analizą niniejszego zagadnienia.

The aim of this article is to present the normative shape of the principle of concentration process material functioning on the ground of Polish civil procedure. This regulation should ensure, as fast as possible, a conducting proceeding with respect to the postulate making true findings of fact by the court. The significance and relevance of the researched issue also confirms the fact that this matter has undergone broad modification by the amending Act of 16 September 2011. From this point of view also the practical reasons show the need of analysis of this issue.
