Introduction of quality management systems in the enterprise is increasingly wellknown and effective way to increase economic efficiency. Quality management systems are not only a way to improve the overall profitability of the company, the systems also strengthen the market position of the company and increase customer confidence. The paper presents selected aspects of the implementation of the quality management system in all logistic processes: procurement, production and distribution in the food industry.
