W artykule opisano zespół dworsko-parkowy „Willa Mindic” w Mołdawii, traktując go jako element szczególny w kontekście zmian strukturalno-przestrzennych, uznanych za znaki czasu. Pojęcie „znaki czasu” odnosi się do elementów tworzących składniki materialne i niematerialne, charakteryzujące obszar w wybranym fragmencie czasu i przestrzeni. Zakresem rozważań objęto przemiany w przestrzeni od czasów powstania obiektu do dnia dzisiejszego. Badany okres podzielono na pięć przedziałów, z których każdy zapoczątkowany był istotnymi zmianami, mającymi wpływ na przeobrażenia struktury funkcjonalno-przestrzennej parku. Waloryzowano elementy przestrzeni przyrodniczo-kulturowej i stwierdzono, że te, które jeszcze zachowały się z czasów założycieli (nawet w zmienionej formie), posiadają najwyższą wartość i wpisują się w istniejący dziś krajobraz. Zaproponowano wskazania do działań konserwatorskich, rewaloryzacyjnych, kreatorsko-konserwatorskich (modernizacji) i procesu wieloletniego kształtowania obiektu, uwzględniającego potrzebę zachowania autentycznych, stałych wartości.

In this paper, the Vila Mindic park and palace landscape in Moldavia is discussed as a special landscape element in the context of structural and spatial changes that are believed to be the signs of the passage of time. The “signs of time” notion covers the elements that make for both material and immaterial components of an area at a chosen point of time and space. The scope of analysis encompasses landscape changes from Vila Mindic’s foundation to the present day. This period was divided into five subperiods, each of them starting with substantial changes that affected the park’s functional and spatial structure. The natural and cultural elements of landscape were evaluated, and the ones that dated back to the founding times (even if modified) were found to be most valuable and fitting within today’s landscape. Suggestions for preservation, restoration, modernization and long-term landscaping were provided, accommodating the need to preserve its genuine unchanging value.
