The article analyses the theoretical issues of industrial relations area. The relations between the representatives of government and interest groups function relates to pluralism order (rivalry order) or corporatism order (cooperative order). These interest groups cooperate or compete, amongst bilateral, tripartite or multilateral relations and the interests of this groups are confronted, consulted in a bargaining of industrial interests (called collective bargaining also). So the area of industrial relations is a key idea for a stability of the political system.
