Omówienie pierwszej polskiej książki poświęconej crowdsourcingowi, przygotowanej przez specjalistów legitymujących się doświadczeniem zawodowym w zakresie sprzedaży contentu, budowania strategii reklamowych, prowadzenia badań rynkowych i kreowania komunikacji marketingowej. Jej autorzy udowadniają, że przy odrobinie wyobraźni crowdsourcing może stać się zarówno metodą pozyskiwania innowacji, modelem prowadzenia biznesu, a także spontaniczną zabawą, rozmową konsumenta z producentem, a wreszcie sposobem kreowania niebywałej ilość rozwiązań i treści.

Review of the first Polish book on crowdsourcing, carried out by specialists having experience in sales of content, advertising strategy development, market research and creating marketing communications. The authors explain that with a little imagination crowdsourcing can become both a method of acquiring innovation model of doing business, as well as spontaneous fun, talking to the consumer to the producer, and finally the way to creating an unprecedented number of solutions and content.
Organizowanie wydarzeń o charakterze marketingowym stanowi pomysł na wykreowanie miejsc czy przedmiotów, z którymi utożsamiają się mieszkańcy regionu. Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, że największe szanse mają marki tworzone przez lokalne podmioty, ale z uwzględnieniem szerokiego frontu kapitału społecznego. Główne cele promocji można przedstawić jako informowanie, przekonywanie, przyciąganie i pozycjonowanie. Produkt lokalny jest szansą dla małych społeczności i wielką atrakcją dla konsumentów. Zakupione przez turystów na festynie ludowym, targu lub w gospodarstwie produkty czy przetwory, po degustacji uchodzą za wyjątkowe specjały. Często produkcja tych wyrobów chętnie przenoszona jest do ich domów, przez co rozpowszechnia się o nich dobra opinia.

Organizing territorial marketing events is an idea of creating places and objects which people identify with the region. The analysis in the paper shows that the best chance of this creation have local actors, but supported by a broad front of social cooperation. The main objectives of the promotion can be presented in the form of four terms: information, persuasion, attraction and positioning. A local, regional and traditional product is an opportunity for small communities and a great attraction for consumers. Purchased by tourists in a folk festival, a local market or in a farm it is considered to be unique and tasty food. Production of these products is often readily transferred to their homes, thus spreading their good opinion.
Flash mob in its original form meant spontaneous event, initiated in a public space by an unknown group of people. It had entertaining and absurd character and about the time of its commencement completely random people were reported usually through e-mails or text messages. Over time, this particular form of happening evolved and can now be used as an educational tool for sensitizing activation of some important social issues, as well as a marketing tool used in advertising and branding. This article is devoted to the characteristic of flash mobs as a tools of promotion of the institutions, services and cultural products. At the beginning in the article were described the evolution and structure of flash mobs and then were given examples of flash mobs in marketing activities in the field of art and culture. At the end of the article were presented guidelines related to the use of flash mobs in a business field.
