Sektor budowlany wymaga pewnych zmian, które pozwolą na dostosowanie się do współczesnych trendów, ograniczenie kosztów, zoptymalizowanie odpadów i uwzględnienie zrównoważonego rozwoju. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie transferu metod zarządzania lean z sektora automotive do sektora budowlanego. Podejście i metody badawcze: obserwacja, analiza materiałów źródłowych. Analiza badawcza literatury i przeprowadzona na przykładzie budynku w Poznaniu wykazała, iż zastosowanie rozwiązań lean prowadzi do większej skuteczności działań, wydajności, ograniczenia kosztów, wyższej jakości. Należy zwrócić jednak uwagę na czynniki wpływające na sukces oraz na bariery.

Building industry sector requires some changes, which will allow to adapt to contemporary trends, cost reduction, optimization of waste generation and consideration of sustainable development. The main aim of article is to present a lean management methods transfer from automotive to construction industry sector. Approach and used research methods: observation, source material analysys. Research analysys of literature and carried out on example of building in Poznań, shown that use of lean management solutions directly leads greater operational efficiency , cost reduction and quality. However, attention should be paid to factors affecting sucess and also barriers.

The paper presents the results of the research carried out in the production company (metallurgical industry). The analysis shows that the main motivating factor for the introduction of Lean activities were management requirements. As a result of the implementation of Lean methods and tools, the amount of breakdowns of machinery and equipment were reduced and quantity of manufacturing defects were decreased. The study presents that employees of the production area do not associate the various Lean tools and do not know how to use them. Moreover they are afraid of dismissals as a result of Lean improvements.

The customer market is becoming more and more demanding. Customers want to have influence on the final shape, form, functionality and characteristics of the product. As a result, entrepreneurs are forced to abandon the Make-to-Stock system in favour of the MTO (Make-to-Order) concept, with the purpose of not only meeting the customers’ needs, but also, for example, reducing the costs by manufacturing exactly the number of products which is currently demanded on the market. The article describes an example of a production task performed in the cellular structure. The customer required a substantial and abrupt increase (by 65%) of the production task. In order to tackle the problem, logistics engineering and lean manufacturing methods were applied. Having regard to the Industry 4.0 perspective, a concept of automated work cells was presented in order to minimise the role of the operator.

W powyższym artykule zawarta jest propozycja sposobu weryfikacji modelu lean, poprzez zastosowanie symulacji komputerowej. Artykuł przedstawia sposób postępowania, od momentu zebrania niezbędnych informacji umożliwiających przeprowadzenie symulacji komputerowej, po elementy związane z wprowadzaniem udoskonaleń, aż do momentu analizy monitorowanych wskaźników.

In this article we can see a proposal of verification of lean model, through the use of computer simulation. The article shows how it should be carrie out the verification, from the moment of gathering the necessary information to enable carrying out a computer simulation, the elements associated with the introduction of improvements until the analysis of the implemented inndicators.

W artykule przedstawiono krytyczną analizę przyczyn problemów wynikających ze stosowania zintegrowanych komputerowo systemów klasy ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) w zarządzaniu łańcuchami dostaw. Na tej podstawie zaproponowano możliwości wyeliminowania występujących problemów dzięki zastosowaniu metod szczupłej logistyki. Uwagę skoncentrowano na metodach stabilizowania warunków działania oraz eliminowania i upraszczania transakcji, zwłaszcza przez wprowadzanie kart kanban do sygnalizowania potrzeb kolejnych ogniw w łańcuchu dostaw.

The article presents a critical analysis of the causes of the problems arising from the use of computer-integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in supply chain management. On this basis it shows the possibility of eliminating the existing problems through the use of lean logistics methods. Attention is paid on methods of stabilising the operating conditions and eliminating and simplifying transactions, in particular through the introduction of kanban cards to signal the need of subsequent links in the supply chain.
