W poszczególnych segmentach artykułu omówiono powstanie, zasady ujęte w statucie oraz zakres uprawnień i odpowiedzialności wspólników a także sposoby i możliwości likwidacji spółki partnerskiej.

In this article, we examine the limited liability partnership as a form of incorporation available to Polish economic entities. The legal status is considered as on September 30th 2014. The article’s individual sections cover the formation of limited liability partnership, provisions contained in limited partnership agreement, liability of partners, and liquidation of limited liability partnership.
