W dniach 23–25 stycznia 2013 r. w Ankarze (Turcja) odbyło się 21. międzynarodowe sympozjum BOBCATSSS. Tej corocznie organizowanej przez studentów i wykładowców z europejskich uczelni konferencji tym razem towarzyszyło hasło „From Collection to Connection: Turning Libraries Inside-Out” (pol. „Od kolekcji do połączeń: zwrot bibliotek z wewnątrz do zewnątrz”). Tegoroczny zjazd zorganizowany został przez Royal School of Library and Information Science (Kopenhaga) oraz Hacettepe University (Ankara). Sprawozdanie z konferencji podsumowuje trzydniowy cykl spotkań i zawiera podstawowe informacje na temat prezentowanych w ich ramach wystąpień i sesji warsztatowych.

On January 23–25, 2013 the 21st BOBCATSSS Symposium “From Collection to Connection: Turning Libraries Inside-Out” was held in Ankara. Its organizers were Royal School of Library and Information Science (Denmark) and Hacettepe University (Turkey). The report summarizes the BOBCATSSS 2013 meeting and brings information on papers and workshops presented during the Symposium.
