Artykuł jest efektem badań jakościowych przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu „Inicjatywy i ludzie w kulturze lubuskiej – nowe przestrzenie”. Pokazano w nim trzy przypadki lokalnych animatorów kultury. Objęci badaniami animatorzy realizują odmienne strategie animacyjne (strategie wyzwalania inicjatyw społecznych i oddolnej aktywności), które w artykule powiązano z socjologicznymi koncepcjami enklaw społecznych. Autor ujawnia potencjał enklawotwórczy tych strategii. Proponuje także koncepcję enklaw społecznych, wiążącą enklawy z teoriami elit społecznych i subkultur.

The article is the result of empirical qualitative research made within the project “Initiative and people in the culture of the Lubuskie province – new dimensions”. It describes three examples of local cultural animators. The animators, being the subject of research, have developed different animation strategies (strategies of boosting social initiatives and grassroots activity), which in the article are linked with sociological concepts of social enclaves. The potential of these strategies in the creation of enclaves is revealed in the paper. Additionally, the concept of social enclaves combining the enclaves with the theories of social elites and subcultures is also suggested.
