Losy zawodowe laureatów konkursu twórczości technicznej

W artykule ukazano potrzebę, teoretyczne założenia oraz praktykę badań losów zawodowych absolwentów. Przedstawiono również cele i założenia konkursu twórczości technicznej, który jest organizowany od 2005 roku przez Uniwersytet Rzeszowski. Rozważania teoretyczne dopełnione zostały badaniami losów zawodowych laureatów konkursu twórczości technicznej. Przeprowadzone badania na 45-osobowej grupie laureatów konkursu świadczą o ich wysokiej mobilności i przydatności zawodowej. Badani w stosunkowo krótkim czasie po studiach (średnio 28 dni) podejmują pracę zgodną z kwalifikacjami (zgodność całkowita w 93% badanych), aktywnie uczestniczą w licznych formach doskonalenia zawodowego, doświadczają wielu sukcesów w pracy zawodowej. Badania mogą być wykorzystane w doskonaleniu procesu kształcenia realizowanego w szkołach wyższych

In the article the need, theoretical assumptions and the practice of research on graduates' professional careers were presented. The goals and assumptions of the technical output contest, which has been organized since 2005 by the University of Rzeszow. Were also presented the theoretical considerations were complemented by research on the professional lives of the winners of the technical output competition. The research conducted on a group of 45 contest winners testify of their high mobility and professional suitability. The respondents in a relatively short period of time after studies (28 days on average) take up work in accordance with qualifications (total compliance 93% of respondents), actively participate in numerous forms of professional development, experience many successes in their professional work. The research can be used to improve the education process carried out in higher education institutions
