The article attempts to introduce interrelated issues concerning, among others, the management of social organization, human resources and economics as well as problems with regard to broadly defined mass and religious culture. It also refers to tradition based and juxtaposed with song which is a cultural, social and musical phenomenon. It includes specialist arguments referring to different fields, e.g. history, aesthetics, musicology, social communication, interpersonal communication, marketing, theology, philosophy, sociology, pedagogy and psychology. With such a broad range, the content may provide an interesting topic for discussions.
