Wszechobecna manipulacja dotyka nas każdego dnia. Codziennie doświadczamy jej wpływu, jesteśmy jej obiektem lub sami wpływamy na innych. Jest wiele technik manipulacyjnych, na szczęście istnieje również wiele sposobów obrony przed manipulacją. Warto zwolnić tempo życia, przyjrzeć się otaczającemu światu i zastanowić się, czemu to wszystko służy. Czy aby na pewno podejmowane przez nas decyzje są wyłącznie naszymi wyborami?

Manipulation affects us anytime and anywhere. Day in, day out we are exposed to its impact, being subjected to it or becoming manipulators ourselves. There exist a multitude of manipulation techniques, but fortunately a fair number of ways to defend ourselves against manipulation as well. It pays to slow down the fast-paced lifestyle, take a closer look at the world we live in and consider what the point of all this is. Are, what we consider our free decisions, free indeed?
