Subsequent proposals of changes in EU Common Agricultural Policy discussed in 2008-2013 were analysed. The new proposal concerned: the system of direct payments, development of rural areas and market regulations.

Celem artykułu jest analiza kolejnych propozycji zmian Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej Unii Europjskiej, które były dyskutowane na przestrzeni lat 2008-2013. Nowe propozycje i rozstrzygnięcia koncentorowały się wokół trzech grup zagadnień: systemu płatności bezpośrednich, rozwoju obszarów wiejskich oraz regulacji rynkowych. Ponadto w artykule poruszono kwestie rekomendacji w odniesieniu do kształtu reformy Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej wynikających z przeprowadzonej w 2008 roku oceny Health Check.
