Autorka prezentuje również klasyfikację czynników, które mogą wpływać na podejmowanie decyzji przez osoby rozważające rozpoczęcie studiów w okresie średniej dorosłości.

This paper discusses educational activity of women who decided to take up studies in middle age. Author presents the results of biographical research and attempts to answer the question why did mature women decide to take up studies at this age and what were the factors that influenced such a decision. Additionally, Author presents the classification of factors which may influence the process of decision making by people who consider starting studies in their middle age.
