The studies on the characteristics of the epoxy resin, made in Poland, were carried out from the point of view of its fitness to the fillers of the wood defects. Other substances were added to the resin to fill, plastisize the fillers and immunize them from the mushrooms and insects. The fillers of proper characteristics were examined from the mechanical point of view to establish their compressive and beuding stregth, their hardness and limit extension at the beuding and ressistance of changeable temperature and air damp. The results of the above research permitted to point out very good characteristics of the epoxy resin fillers for the wood defects.

Исследовано свойства эпохсидной смолы польской продукции с точки зрения её полезности к заполнителям убыли в древесине. Приготовлено заполнители из этой смолы с добавочными заполняющими субстанциями, укрепляющими заполнители таким образом, что становятся они стойкими против пагубного влияния грибов и насекомых, разрушающих древесину. Избранные заполнители с соответствующими свойствами поддано механическому исследованию, причём отмечено сопротивляемость против сжимания и изгибания, твёрдость, предел сопротивления (в пределе разрушения), а именно против удлинения во время изгибания а также сопротивляемость против влияния непостоянных температур и влажности воздухн. Результаты исследований указывают, что заполнители к убыли древесины приготовленные из эпохсидной смолы отличаются замечательными свойствами.
