In this paper we propose a multi-criteria model based on the fuzzy preferences approach which can be implemented in the prenegotiation phase to evaluate the negotiations packages. The applicability of some multi-criteria ranking methods were discussed for building a scoring function for negotiation packages. The first one is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique which determines the sum of the partial satisfactions from each negotiation issue and aggregate them using the issue weights. The other one is Distance Based Methods (DBM), with its extension based on the distances to ideal or anti-ideal package, i.e. the TOPSIS procedure. In our approach the negotiator's preferences over the issues are represented by fuzzy membership functions and next a selected multi-criteria decision making method is adopted to determine the global rating of each package. The membership functions are used here as the equivalents of utility functions spread over the negotiation issues, which let us compare different type of data. One of the key advantages of the approach proposed is its usefulness for building a general scoring function in the ill-structured negotiation problem, namely the situation in which the problem itself as well as the negotiators preferences cannot be precisely defined, the available information is uncertain, subjective and vague. Secondly, all proposed variants of scoring functions produce consistent rankings, even though the new packages are added (or removed) and do not result in rank reversal.

In this paper a multivariate analysis of the subjective perception of quality of life is undertaken. In the analysis methods of a fuzzy set theory are applied. The study is conducted on data from the Social Diagnosis 2013. It includes 16 items relating to the evaluation of satisfaction with particular aspects of life. Each of these items is measured on a 7-grade scale. The item’s categories are converted into a [0, 1] interval by using a membership function. In order to aggregate items into synthetic indicators various systems of weights are used. It is found that the choice of weights does not significantly affect the distribution of synthetic indicators. In the next stage, the subjective perception of the quality of life in different socio- -demographic groups is analyzed. It is found that such characteristics as gender, place of residence, size of household, education level and age are important determinants of subjective perception of quality of life.

In the paper the existing approaches for improving abovementioned collaboration processes, technologies and methodologies based on efficient methods of optimization and decision making, modern computer-based systems and Internet opportunities are been discussed. The main contribution of the authors in this paper is a structure of computerized decision making system (CDMS) which can help partners from education and industry to find the best model of university – IT-company consortia from proposed set of efficient models A1, A2, B, C and their rational combinations.

The paper presents the results of research on the convergence towards a limit form of membership functions in fuzzy time series, generated with difference equations, that is due to deterministic chaos occurrence. A particularly important tool seems to be an analysis of a scalar series of fields beneath a graph representing a variable membership function of the above mathematical models. This is done by defuzzyfying the above-mentioned time series. It appears possible to approximate the series variability with an exponential function. However, it should be done by means of simulation experiments in order to formulate theoretical conclusions, as an alternative to difficult, complicated analytical research.
