„Doskonalenie procesów produkcyjnych” to zagadnienie, które zostało zinterpretowane i przedstawione w powyższym artykule. Artykuł składa się z dwóch części, a mianowicie z części teoretycznej i części empirycznej. Pierwsza część obejmuje zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania produkcją i systemu produkcyjnego wraz z graficzną interpretacją systemu produkcyjnego. Druga część obejmuje charakterystykę przedsiębiorstwa oraz analizę wyników ankiety BOST odnoszących się do 7 zasady zarządzania Toyoty. W ankiecie wzięło udział 34 pracowników badanego zakładu.

"Improving the production processes" is an issue that has been interpreted and presented in this paper. The article consists of two parts, namely the theoretical and the empirical part. The first part covers issues relating to production management and production system with a graphical interpretation of the production system. The second part includes company profile and analysis of the survey results relating to the BOST 7 Toyota's management principles. The survey was attended by 34 employees of the plant.
