Przedmiotem troski wielu pokoleń pedagogów, oprócz metod wprowadzania w życie, jest także poszukiwanie sposobu na przywracanie społeczeństwu tych, którzy normy akceptowane społecznie odrzucili. Najbardziej zajmujące może okazać się resocjalizowanie nieletnich, którzy już na początku swego życia naznaczeni są niedostosowaniem. Pomocna w tym zadaniu okazuje się harcerska metoda wychowawcza. Okazuje się, że realizowana w warunkach zakładu poprawczego pozwala młodym ludziom na zmianę grupy odniesienia, a przez to powrót do społeczeństwa.

Throughout the years, many generations of teachers and educators were concerned about bringing back to the communities these people, who were unaccepted. However, the most engaging thing is socializing adolescents who cannot adapt to social standards from the beginning of their lives. The helpful method in this case is scout upbringing method. It shows that implementing this method in youth custody centers gives young people the opportunity to change the reference group and right after that – back to the community.

This article presents the educational method, the fruit of the pastoral and pedagogical experience of Fr. Luigi Giussani, a priest of the diocese of Milan and a founder of the Communion and Liberation movement. For the sake of clarity of the analysis, 3 key words have been chosen to capture the essence of this method: tradition, authority and verification. This approach is preceded by paying attention to the foundations of the method discussed. The method of upbringing proposed by Fr. Giussani has not lost its relevance even today.

Artykuł przybliża metodę wychowawczą, owoc duszpasterskiego i pedagogicznego doświadczenia ks. Luigiego Giussaniego, kapłana diecezji mediolańskiej i założyciela ruchu Komunia i Wyzwolenie. Dla przejrzystości analizy, wybrano 3 słowa kluczowe, które oddają istotę tejże metody: tradycja, autorytet i weryfikacja. Ujęcie to poprzedzone zostało zwróceniem uwagi na podstawy omawianej metody. Metoda wychowania zaproponowana przez ks. Giussaniego nie przestała być aktualna również dzisiaj.
