W artykule podjęto rozważania na temat wykorzystania testów osobowości w procesie rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników. W tym celu zaprezentowano definicje rekrutacji i selekcji oraz omówiono metody wykorzystywane w tym procesie przez współczesne organizacje. W artykule przedstawiono także wyniki analizy porównawczej trzech testów osobowości Facet 5, Insight Discovery and MBTI oraz omówiono wykorzystanie testu Facet 5 w procesie rekrutacji i selekcji

The paper considers personality tests used in the recruitment and selection of employees. For this purpose, definitions of recruitment and selection and methods used in contemporary organizations were presented. The paper also outlines the results of the analysis of personality tests: Facet 5, Insight Discovery and MBTI and use of test Facet 5 in the recruitment and selection.
