W artykule omówiono organizację sądów górniczych w Galicji od pierwszego rozbioru Polski do reform sądownictwa przeprowadzonych w Austrii pod koniec XIX w. Przedstawiona została właściwość miejscowa oraz rzeczowa sądów w sprawach górniczych i procedura postępowania przed tymi sądami.

The article presents the organization of mining judiciary of Galicia, dating from the first Partition of Poland to the reforms of judiciary system conducted in Austria at the end of 19th century. The subject matter and territorial jurisdiction of courts regarding mining cases and the protocol of proceedings are described.
