Artykuł poświęcony jest wybranym propozycjom zmian prawa zawartym w projekcie ustawy o zmianie ustawy o ochronie konkurencji i konsumentów oraz o zmianie niektórych innych ustaw. W pierwszej kolejności autorka zwraca uwagę na propozycje zmian dotyczące podstawy wymiaru kar pieniężnych. Po drugie, artykuł porusza kwestie dotyczące proponowanych czynników uwzględnianych przy ustalaniu wysokości kar pieniężnych. W ostatnim rzędzie autorka skupia uwagę na projektowanych okolicznościach łagodzących oraz obciążających.

The article is concerned with the discussion of some of the proposals outlined in the draft act amending the Act on competition and consumer protection and some other acts. First, emphasis is laid on the base amount used to calculate fines. Second, the author explains some of the issues related to the proposals on changes to the factors to be taken into account while calculating fines. Last, the author focuses on proposed mitigating factors and aggravating factors.
