Optymalizacja struktury kapitałowej w przedsiębiorstwach jest problemem niezwykle ważnym dla ich funkcjonowania we współczesnym otoczeniu gospodarczym. Niezwykle cenne w tym kontekście są wszelkie oszacowania ilościowe. W pracy przedstawiono jednowymiarowy statystyczny model procesu wzrostu aktywów przedsiębiorstwa w oparciu o który przeprowadzono optymalizację jego struktury kapitałowej.

The abstract: The problem of optimization the capital structure in companies is very important for their functioning in real environment. Especially important are quantitative approaches. In this paper the one dimensional statistical model of growing actives is introduced and the optimization of capital structure is conducted on it’s base.
