Without motivation human life would make no sense. Everyone wants to take care of own health, learn, be satiated, have a place to live and work. Motivation makes a person be willing to take different actions depending on what goal one wants to achieve. They may be either one-time actions requiring little or much effort, or repetitive or continuous. Motivation is therefore a desire to do something resulting from external motives. Thus, it is the sum of everything that pushes the action, there is a pulse on the unmet need. In managing motivation is expressed as the ability to combine the objectives of individual employees with corporate goals.
