The paper presents a research project aimed at developing, constructing and testing a mobile, autonomous analytical system enabling the detection of synthetic drug laboratories and cannabis cultivation sites. It describes its importance in addressing the identified gaps in combating drug-related organised crime by providing an innovative system for the detection, chemical analysis and identification of the exact location of illicit synthetic drug laboratories and narcotic cannabis production sites.
