W artykule omówiono systemy konwersacyjne, popularnie zwane chatbotami, w kontekście ich stosowania w procesie rekrutacji. W pracy opisane zostały początki systemów konwersacyjnych, ich popularność w zastosowaniach biznesowych oraz ich przyszła rola we współczesnym świecie. Głównym celem tego opracowania było zaprezentowanie przesłanek wykorzystania chatbotów w rekrutacji oraz wyzwań stojących przed firmami chcącymi wdrożyć to nowatorskie rozwiązanie. Zwrócono także uwagę na aspekt wizerunkowy firm stosujących chatboty w rekrutacji. Ponadto opisano wybrane systemy konwersacyjne stosowane do wspomagania procesu rekrutacji wykorzystywane na świecie i pierwsze rozwiązanie tego typu istniejące w Polsce. Dokonana została również analiza przedstawionych systemów pod kątem udostępnianych przez nie funkcjonalności. W badaniach wykorzystano analizę literatury przedmiotu i danych wtórnych oraz desk research.

This paper discusses intelligent conversational systems (popularly known as “chatbots”) as support for the recruitment process. It presents information about the historical origins of conversational systems, their popularity in business applications, and their future role in the modern world. The most important problem discussed in this paper is the premises for use of chatbots in the recruitment process and challenges standing before companies hoping to implement this innovative solution. Attention is also called to the image of the company applying chatbots in recruitment. Moreover, selected conversational systems used in recruitment process support around the world are described, as is the first system of this type used in Poland. Also included is an analysis of the presented solutions in terms of the functionality they provide. The research utilizes an analysis of topical literature, secondary data, and desk research.
