One hitherto unknown aspect of Aleksander Mardkowicz’s active public life were his publications on issues of notarial law. This collection of texts includes six of his articles and polemics as well as a rejoinder to one of his public talks. He wrote them while working as a notary in the Lutsk. The texts were published in Warsaw in the fortnightly magazine “Notarjat i Hipoteka” in the years 1932–35.

Nieznanym dotąd aspektem działalności publicznej Aleksandra Mardkowicza była jego publicystyka dotyczącą zagadnień prawa notarialnego. Zbiór tekstów obejmuje sześć jego artykułów i polemik oraz jedną replikę na jego wystąpienie. Napisał je będąc notariuszem w Łucku. Teksty ukazały się w latach 1932-1935 w Warszawie w dwutygodniku „Notarjat i Hipoteka”.
