The author of the article considers the importance of a note in education as well as in social and professional life and therefore she decides to reinterpret its function from two points of view: a traditional one existing in didactics (note ensures durability of the results of teach-ing) and from a perspective of media communication and digital reality that in many cases lead to reinterpretation and redefinition of many fixed opinions. Having defined such field of interest, the author of the article presents a note from a perspective of dominating today particular Polonistic concept of education. She presents taking notes as multistage process of gaining skills to write texts and proposes effective model of working on a note in a class (defined in stages and conditions) – while a student matures to his own textual activity.

Due to the implementation of provisions of the New Accounting Directives, the purpose of the article is to present changes introduced in the amendment of the Accounting Act of 23 September 2015. The author determines their impact on the information scope of a condensed financial statement of small undertakings. To solve the problem the author adopted a method of content analysis of legal regulations (domestic and international) and methods of comparisons and conclusions. The amendment of the Accounting Act taken effect on 23 September 2015, in accordance with the implementation of Directive 2013/34/EU, aims to improve conditions for the pursuit of business activity and to abolish or to minimize the barriers to development of entrepreneurship. The adopted changes in the Act allow the small undertakings the use of simplifications in keeping account books and preparation of the condensed financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account and note), which in turn is supposed to lead to lower costs of accounting for small undertakings.

В статията се обсъждат въпроси, свързани с някои начини (чрез забележка, непосредствен трансфер или с помощта на еквивалентен израз), по които се предават в превода избрани елементи на българския стереотип около традиционната сватба. Те се анализират поотделно на три равнища: 1) на акционалния код — предбрачните взаимоотношения на младите, които довеждат до избора на бъдещата съпруга; 2) на предметния код — сладката ракия като символ на девствеността на невястата; 3) на вербалния код — обръщенията на съпрузите един към друг.

Article addresses issues related to the ways (note, a direct transfer, equivalence) of rendering in translation selected elements of stereotypical traditional Bulgarian wedding (at the level of the operational plane — relation between representatives of both sexes, leading to the selection of candidates for the wife, objective code — sweet rakija as a symbol of virginity of the bride and verbal code — addressative phrases in relations between husband and wife).
