In recent years, Polish studies have been developing dynamically in China. Now there are 10 centers for learning Polish language and Polish culture as foreign. The number of Chinese students who attend language programs in Poland increases every year. In this paper I present how Chinese students evaluate one-year language programs and to what extent those programs contribute to mastering the Polish language and learning about Polish culture.
