The Orczyk family farmstead, built before 1869, is noted for its essential landscape, architectural and socio-historical values. The author describes the respective buildings of the farm, which make a cloved quadrangle, and suggests that the octagonal barn be used for exhibition o f agricultural machines and implements. The next question tackled is that of the progress made so far in the work on preservation o f the farmstead in its natural environment as a small reserve of folk architecture and an evidence o f peasant culture o f the late 19th century. The conservation carried out until the present day has consisted in repairs to the roof, stone walls, road, etc.). Moreover, work is under way on the setting up on the spot of a conservation and building workshop and on the plan for the development of the immediate surroundings of the farmstead discussed.
