Celem niniejszego opracowania jest prezentacja wyników podstawowego opisu statystycznego i wstępnej analizy ustawodawstwa Republiki Czeskiej w roku 2014. Przedstawiony został opis ilościowy ustawodawstwa czeskiego, zwłaszcza jego formalnej typologii i struktury, w tym struktury sektorowej oraz informacje dotyczące zasadniczych zmian w tej strukturze zaistniałych w 2014 roku.

This study aims at presenting the results of a basic statistical description and initial analysis of the legislation in the Czech Republic in 2014. It offers a fundamental quantitative description of the composition of Czech legislation, particularly its formal typology and structure, including the sector structure and the information about fundamental changes in this structure as they occurred in 2014.

Funkcjonowanie wypożyczalni międzybibliotecznej na przykładzie Biblioteki Głównej Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zmian zachodzących w ostatnich latach w strukturze i intensywności wypożyczeń międzybibliotecznych na przykładzie Biblioteki Głównej Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie (BG UEK). Omówiono także rozwój organizacji pracy i zakresu usług świadczonych przez Wypożyczalnię Międzybiblioteczną (WM), w tym sposób dokumentacji i raportowania wyników jej działalności. Na podstawie danych z ostatnich lat przedstawiono zmiany liczby zamówień w podziale m.in. na typ czytelnika i formę materiałów bibliotecznych. Wyniki badań pokazały, że w badanym okresie miał miejsce spadek liczby zarówno wypożyczeń realizowanych przez WM, jak i wypożyczeń miejscowych w Wypożyczalni Ogólnej. Pogłębiona analiza dowodzi, że ta tendencja jest ujemnie skorelowana z rosnącą liczbą odwiedzin zbiorów elektronicznych. W kontekście zmian zachodzących w internetowej technologii udostępniania i pozyskiwania informacji rozwinięto wątek funkcji informacyjno-edukacyjnej w działalności przedstawianej agendy.

The aim of the article is to present the changes in the structure and the volume of interlibrary loan taking place in recent years, on the example of the Main Library of the Cracow University of Economics. The authors of the article also discuss the development of work organization and the range of services provided by Interlibrary Loan (ILL), including its documentation and reports. On the basis of the recent years’ data, changes in the number of loans were analysed, taking into consideration the user type and form of the loaned material. The analysis of the library statistics shows that during the period in question there was a decrease in the number of loans made through ILL, as well as local loans in the General Lending. An in-depth analysis shows that this trend is negatively correlated with the increasing number of visits to electronic databases. The informational and educational function of the presented department has been presented in the context of changes in online technology of data sharing and acquisition.
