The topic of the article is to examine the nature and structure of the relationship between the transparency of the accounting system and the efficiency of the capital market. This dependence has the character of correlation. This is a positive feedback because rational, efficient and effective functioning of the market economy, and especially the capital market, requires far-reaching transparency. Countries with a mature financial economy have introduced a number of institutional and legislative solutions that ensure the proper course of these processes. In this article the author’s concept of maps of coupling between market efficiency and complexity (transparency) of accounting is presented and discussed.

Tematem artykułu jest badanie charakteru i struktury zależności występującej pomiędzy przejrzystością systemu rachunkowości a efektywnością rynku kapitałowego. Zależność ta ma charakter sprzężenia zwrotnego. Jest to sprzężenie pozytywne, bowiem racjonalne, skuteczne i efektywne funkcjonowanie gospodarki rynkowej, a zwłaszcza rynku kapitałowego, wymaga daleko posuniętej przejrzystości. Państwa o dojrzałej gospodarce finansowej wprowadziły szereg rozwiązań natury instytucjonalnej jak i legislacyjnej, zapewniających prawidłowy przebieg tych procesów. W artykule została przedstawiona i omówiona autorska koncepcja mapy sprzężeń zachodzących między efektywnością rynkową a kompleksowością (przejrzystością) rachunkowości.
