The joint land properties belong to the dwellers of a given commune. Their land covers almost 100 thousands ha. They have a long history, but from the legal side, they were established in 1963. Since then, the basis legislation has not change much, unlike the political, social and economic situation in Poland. Nowadays, the joint land properties quit often are run against the law, many of them have not established the proper partnerships and do not act in required way. Thus the legislator has made an attempt to change such a situation. The article attempts to analyze the suggested changes in the legislation. It considers both the proposal of their elimination and as well as their maintenance with some legal modifications. Those aspects are analyze from their historical, practical and legal points of view.

The article presents Jehovah’s witnesses’ moral teaching on the subject of preparation for marital and family life. According to Jehovah’s Witnesses, proper preparation for a married life and family forecasts good prospects for the future, people in personality development and tread breeding of a moral and religious attitude. Man realizes himself when his relationship does not change. Duly conceived moral principles sensitize people to the problems they enter in fiancée relations. Issues regarding the selection of future reasonable, non-misplaced love. Jehovah’s Witnesses show the difference between infatuation, and the true love of the other person. In the modern era, many brides explain common sexual conditions and obligations as something normal. Paradoxually the sins of people’s connections. The elders of the congregation did not begin to drink in connection with another thing. In the pages of the Watchtower Society articles, the issue of the contraception problem leaves the objections. All behavior is unacceptable. The constant motif that is repeated in learning Jehovah’s Witnesses provides self-esteem for self-satisfaction and directing trials to the Creator. Only Jehovah’s intervention can help to preserve the patterns of moral life

Pomoc społeczna jest instytucją polityki społecznej państwa mającą na celu umożliwienie osobom i rodzinom przezwyciężenie trudnej sytuacji życiowej, której nie są w stanie przezwyciężyć, wykorzystując własne środki, możliwości i uprawniania. Zadania z zakresu pomocy społecznej realizują organy administracji rządowej oraz samorządu terytorialnego. Samorząd terytorialny powołany jest do realizacji zadań z zakresu pomocy społecznej, natomiast organy administracji rządowej wyposażone zostały w uprawnienia o charakterze nadzorczym. Organy administracji publicznej mogą korzystać ze wsparcia podmiotów niepublicznych, którym mogą zlecać stojące przed nimi zadania. Udział podmiotów niepublicznych w realizacji zadań pomocy społecznej ma charakter subsydiarny, a współpraca między organami administracji publicznej a podmiotami niepublicznymi odbywa się na zasadach partnerstwa.

Social work is an institution of social policy aimed at enabling individuals and families to overcome difficult situations, which they are not able to overcome, using their own resources, opportunities and privileges. The tasks in the field of social welfare are implemented by government bodies and local self-government. Local government is called upon to perform the tasks in the field of social welfare, and government authorities are equipped with the powers of a supervisor. Public authorities may have recourse to non-state entities, that may delegate the task facing them. The share of non-state entities in the implementation of the tasks of social assistance is a subsidiary, and the cooperation between the public authorities and non-state actors is done in partnership.
