The certain notion to readiness to professional activity; the elaborated notion to pedagogical technology; they are determined its aspects, hierarchical level of the using and factors, which influence upon efficiency of the using to pedagogical technology for the reason shaping beside listeners of the magistracy as future teachers to readiness to professional pedagogical activity.

Aim. The aim of the research is to justify the theoretical and methodological bases of multicultural education and verify experimentally the efficiency of the pedagogical technology of forming students’ multicultural competence at higher education institutions. Methods. The study reviews the changes in the levels of students’ multicultural competence. The methodological bases of the study are theories of language multicultural education, the unity of language and culture, multi-perspective learning, “cultural differences,” social learning, neo-Freudian theory, self-determination theory, developmental learning theory. Results. The realisation of the ideas of multiculturalism has a positive effect on the harmonious development, cultivates a tolerant attitude to other ethnic groups and peoples, promotes good neighbourly relations, effective conflict resolution, intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Acquiring these characteristics, students entirely understand national and universal values, and are able to interact constructively in the modern multicultural world at a sustainable level. Conclusions. The implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions and the author’s pedagogical technology of forming students’ multicultural competence at higher education institutions contributed to a significant increase in the levels of their multicultural competence. This was confirmed by statistical changes in the level of students’ multicultural competence of the experimental group compared to the control group: the number of students with stable (by 34,3%) and situational (by 12,7%) levels significantly increased, the number of students with fragmentary level decreased (by 47%). Thus, the obtained results prove that the developed pedagogical technology is effective for forming students’ multicultural competence.

The article deals with the problem of modern educational technologies in higher education. The general situation of establishment the modern educational technologies in Ukraine is outlined, which should contribute to the general development of the personality, the formation of ideological culture, individual experience, and creativity. The basic concept of „educational technology”, „learning technology”, „pedagogical technology” are analyzes. The attention is focused on the use of educational technology at the present stage in the learning process that significantly effects on the quality of training of qualified specialists.

The article reveals the peculiarities of nature therapy as a health-improving tech-nology in the primary school process. It is about new priorities in modern environmen-tal education. In the definitive sense, nature therapy is the positive effect of natural information on the pupil in order to form an active operational and activity position and maintain his or her personal health. The article focuses on the technological aspect of the nature therapy. That is, this phenomenon is considered as a specific pedagogical technology of preservation and correction of health and activation of cognitive activity of pupils of primary classes on the principles of influence of objects of the natural envi-ronment, as a pedagogical “treatment” by means of nature in the educational process of primary school. The attention is focused on the physiological, medical, psychological and pedagogical components of the technology described. The attention is drawn to the fact that the technology of preparing the future teacher of primary classes for the use of nature therapy in work with younger pupils on the basis of interdisciplinarity and integration, involves the formation of the system of value attitude to nature, knowledge, skills and abilities that enable students to use the means of nature therapy in the training, and subsequently in professional activity.

In the article the comparative analysis of pedagogical technologies in the USA has been carried out in the context of future agrarians’ multicultural education. The essence of traditional and innovative pedagogical technologies and the peculiarities of their realization at higher educational establishments have been viewed. The expediency of developing the pedagogical technology of forming future agrarians’ multicultural competence has been reasoned. The classification of pedagogical technologies has been presented according to the level of application; the philosophical basis; the scientific conception of mastering the experience; the orientation on personality’s structures; the nature of modernisation of the traditional teaching system. The possibility of their determination is also considered due to the aims and tasks, the organizational forms, the dominant methods of teaching, the approaches to the personality, the category of students, the type of cognitive activity’s organization and management. The special attention is paid to two directions of the education’s development – traditional and innovative. The educational process in the American post-industrial, inform society and its attributive characteristics are substantially determined by a personality factor, and pushing off from this, the value of personality must serve as an initial moment in organizing the system of higher professional education. The practical aspects of implementing the traditional pedagogical technology, the technology of developing teaching, the programmable teaching technology, the problem-solving teaching technology, the module teaching technology, the concentrated teaching technology and the distance teaching technology are viewed.

W niniejszym artykule przedstawione są teoretyczne zasady technologii pedagogicznej, która jest ważnym sposobem podwyższenia jakości kształtowania jednostki. Dużo informacji poświęcono charakterystyce typów technologii pedagogicznych, ich funkcji, właściwości oraz inności, które polegają na orientowaniu na teorię i różne koncepcje. Analiza literatury w danym aspekcie pozwoliła na syntetyzowanie zasad teoretycznych technologii pedagogicznej, w szczególności: kierunki i nurty filozoficzne w edukacji, teorie psychologiczno-pedagogiczne, koncepcje i zasady naukowe oraz czynniki, które określone są właściwościami organizacji i treści rządzenia socjalno-funkcjonalnego.

Since the 1960s, researchers all over the world have discussed problems of education technology. This article discusses the theoretical background of pedagogical technology, which is a vital tool in enhancing the quality of pedagogical intervention. A lot of information concerns the typology of pedagogical technologies, their functions and distinctive features that emerge from the discrepancies in the particular conceptions and their theoretical backgrounds. Our analysis allows a synthetic presentation of the theoretical principles of education technology, with special emphasis on the following aspects: philosophical ideas and currents in education, psychological and pedagogical theories, scientific conceptions and principles behind social functionalist organizational structures and management.
