The second part presents a new course Resocialisation and Prison Education in special education, which is one of the specialisations, pillars or schools of special education.

W opracowaniu omówiono kwestie aplikacji idei inkluzji w dziedzinie profilaktyki społecznej oraz oddziaływań resocjalizacyjnych i penitencjarnych. W kolejnych częściach artykułu przedstawiono: teoretyczne oraz metodologiczne aspekty analizy inkluzji i powiązanych z nią zmiennych, problemy resocjalizacji w społeczeństwie otwartym wobec inkluzji, z kolei, w świetle efektywności polityki karnej w dziedzinie izolacji i probacji, przedstawiono postulat rozpatrywania zagadnień pedagogiki resocjalizacyjnej i penitencjarnej w nurcie inkluzyjnej pedagogiki społecznej i polityki społecznej.

The paper discusses how the idea of inclusion may be applied in the domain of social prevention as well as in social rehabilitation and penitentiary activities. The following parts detail theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of inclusion and related variables, and the issues of social rehabilitation in the society open to inclusion. Moreover, against the backdrop of the effectiveness of such enforcement policy measures as isolation and probation, the author puts forward the suggestion that social rehabilitation and penitentiary pedagogy should be considered in the light of the inclusive social pedagogy and social policy.
