Przygotowanie do emerytury, a także moment przejścia na nią są niezwykle istotnymi etapami w życiu dorosłego człowieka. Celem prezentowanych badań była m.in. analiza postrzegania tego okresu egzystencji, a także wskazanie, jakie obszary aktywności są kluczowe dla przygotowania do emerytury, a w konsekwencji dla pomyślnego przeżywania tego czasu. Prezentowane wyniki badań odnoszą się m.in. do trzech skal pomiarowych dotyczących postrzegania procesu przygotowywania się do emerytury jako aktywności intelektualnej, aktywności społeczno-ekonomicznej i aktywności prozdrowotnej. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone na ogólnopolskiej reprezentatywnej próbie 1005 dorosłych Polaków (badania trwały na przełomie grudnia 2015 i stycznia 2016 r.), pomiaru ilościowego dokonano w ramach CAPIbusa (Omnibusa) przy użyciu kwestionariusza wywiadu.

Preparation for retirement as well as the moment of retiring constitute particularly crucial stages in an adult’s life. The purpose of the presented study was, inter alia, to analyse how this period of life is perceived, to identify the key areas of activity important in the preparation for retirement, and, in consequence, for going through that period successfully. The presented study results are based on, among others, three measurement scales regarding the perception of the process of preparation for retirement as an intellectual activity, social and economic activity as well as health-promoting activities. The study covered a representative sample of 1005 Polish adults (the research lasted at the turn of December 2015 and January 2016), the quantitative measurement was carried out by means of a CAPIbus (Omnibus) with the use of a tool – interview questionnaire.
