Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wykazanie, w jaki sposób zastosowanie paradygmatu narracyjnego może być wykorzystane w inicjowaniu zmiany, jaka dokonuje się w relacjach między związkami zawodowymi a pracodawcą podczas rozwiązywania sporów zbiorowych z zastosowaniem procedury mediacyjnej. Z tej perspektywy zmiana organizacyjna związana jest z dekonstrukcją funkcjonującej narracji i konstrukcji nowej, lepiej spełniającej funkcje adaptacyjne. Podejście zaprezentowane w niniejszym artykule wywodzi się z procesualnego ujęcia organizacji oraz nurtu konstruktywizmu społecznego.

Time not only develops or impoverishes relationships and people, creates values and measures an employee’s share in their creation, but is the reason for and the dimension of the change as well. This article discusses the background behind the increased interest in temporal awareness on the part of change managers. It suggests twenty–six typological criteria that can serve to describe such conclusions and concludes with a definition.
