The provision of the proper functioning of logistic processes in a crisis situation or in wartime requires appropriate preparation. The fulfilment of the needs of Poland’s national security is primarily the responsibility of the Polish Armed Forces. The actions and operations conducted by the Polish Armed Forces are supported by the designated bodies of the Civil Service in the non-military subsystem of Poland’s defensive structure. An especially important function is performed by logistic processes, which influence the development of economic and defensive links in the state’s defensive struc-ture.
