The study examines the problems of electoral reforms in Ukraine in the years 1990–2014. Ukraine using different electoral systems has become a kind of testing ground in electoral politics. These reforms were characterized by a high frequency of changes and the  instrumental approach to the objectives pursued. Ukrainian democratization of the political system was associated with a reception proportional electoral system.

W artykule przedstawiono problemy reform wyborczych na Ukrainie w latach 1990–2014. Ukraina przez zastosowanie różnych systemów  wyborczych stała się swego rodzaju poligonem w polityce wyborczej. Reformy te charakteryzowały się wysoką częstotliwością zmian oraz instrumentalnym podejściem do realizowanych celów. Ukraińska demokratyzacja systemu politycznego wiązała się z recepcją proporcjonalnego systemu wyborczego.
