Tekst przyjmuje formę namysłu nad dialogiem w poradnictwie. Horyzont teoretyczny rozważań wyznacza hermeneutyka H.-G. Gadamera. Korzystając z tego podejścia, analizuję dialog w obszarze poradnictwa oraz sytuację spotkania osoby radzącej się i doradcy. Podejmuję dyskusję nad możliwościami i ograniczeniami przeniesienia gadamerowskiego rozumienia dialogu do praktyki poradniczej. Wskazuję na różnice pomiędzy rozmową sterowaną a dialogiem w procesie poradniczym. Ważnym elementem rozważań są pytania: jakie warunki muszą być spełnione, by można było mówić o dialogu w poradnictwie?, do czego prowadzi dialog?, jaka jest aktywność dialogowa podmiotów w relacji poradniczej? Udzielając odpowiedzi na powyższe pytania, dzielę się refleksjami dotyczącymi tworzenia klimatu otwartego dialogu w poradnictwie.

The text takes the form of consideration on dialogue in counselling. The theoretical horizon of consideration is pointed out by Gadamer’s hermeneutics. I analyse dialogue using this approach in the field of counselling and situation of a meeting of a client and a counsellor. Also a discussion on possibilities and limitations of Gadamer’s transfer based on dialogue understanding from understanding to counselling practice is undertaken. The differences between the guided conversation and the dialogue in counselling process are signalised. The important part of considerations are questions like: what conditions should be fulfilled to dialogue in counselling?, what objectives are set by dialogue?, what is the dialogical activity of subjects in counselling relation? I intend to give answers to the questions mentioned above and share reflections about the creation of the open dialogue in counselling.

The aim of the article is to discuss streetworking as a specific form of help that pertains to social work, education and counselling. Streetworking targets individuals or groups who, for various reasons, do not want or are unable to use the traditional and institutional forms of support.Locating the streetworking help in the concept of helping via offering, the author outlines the idea of streetworking, its goals, tasks and assumptions. The counselling offered in streetworking is described in the context of dialogue and liberal counselling. The description of streetworkers’ activities includes enumeration of demands streetworkers must fulfil, and in particular personality features, competence, knowledge and counselling skills. The article presents in detail the offers of help and support addressed to specific marginalised groups, i.e. women and men who sell sex, psychoactive drugs addicts, street children and homeless people

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie specyficznej formy pomocy zwanej streetworkingiem, która dotyczy pracy socjalnej, edukacyjnej oraz poradniczej skierowanej szczególnie do ludzi lub grup, które z różnych względów nie chcą lub nie są w stanie korzystać z tradycyjnych i instytucjonalnych form wsparcia. Wpisując perspektywę pomagania w streetworkingu w koncepcję pomagania poprzez oferowanie autorka przybliża ideę streetworkingu, jego cele, zadania oraz założenia. Omawiając poradnictwo podejmowane w streetworkingu ujmuje je w kontekście poradnictwa dialogowego i liberalnego. Opis działalności streetworkerów zawiera wymagania, jakie są im stawiane, szczególnie pod kątem ich cech osobowościowych, kompetencji, wiedzy i umiejętności jako doradców. Szczegółowo przedstawione zostały także oferty pomocy i wsparcia skierowane do konkretnych grup marginalizowanych: osób prostytuujących się, uzależnionych od środków psychoaktywnych, dzieci ulicy i bezdomnych.
