Optymizacja jako wzorzec kształtowania pytań w rozmowie instytucjonalnej (na przykładzie relacji lekarz-pacjent i urzędnik-klient)

W artykule podejmowane jest zagadnienie kształtowania wypowiedzi według wzorca optymizacji (ang. optimization). Wzorzec ten powoduje, że twierdząca odpowiedź na pytanie zamknięte jest potwierdzeniem pozytywnego, optymistycznego scenariusza zdarzeń. Analizowane przykłady rozmów z dyskursu instytucjonalnego (medycznego i urzędowego) pokazują, w jaki sposób realizowana jest optymizacja i jak staje się ona nie tylko sposobem kształtowania wypowiedzi, ale również narzędziem budowania relacji interpersonalnych. Jest to sposób bardzo charakterystyczny zwłaszcza w polskim kontekście kulturowym, preferującym raczej skrypt narzekania niż afirmacji.

The analysis is concerned with optimization pattern applied in modeling answers in institutional communication. The pattern ensures that an affirmative answer to a closed question confirms a positive and optimistic scenario of events. The analyzed examples of interviews coming from institutional discourse (medical and public services ones) show in what way optimization is realized and how it becomes not only a pattern modelling the discourse but also an instrument of construing interpersonal relations. The pattern is particularly striking in the context of the Polish culture, which prefers the script of complaining rather than affirmation.
