Artykuł stanowi próbę zasygnalizowania problematyki zasad, sposobów oraz podmiotów uprawnionych do orzekania o należnościach kuratorów procesowych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono opis rozstrzygania o wynagrodzeniu i innych kosztach kuratora, uwzględniając przy tym poglądy jurysprudencji oraz orzecznictwa. Poruszone zostało także zagadnienie dopuszczalności orzekania o wynagrodzeniu kuratora procesowego przez referendarza sądowego. Na koniec zaprezentowano wnioski de lege ferenda w zakresie tytułowej tematyki.

The article constitutes an endeavour of signalization of the issue connected with rules, methods and entities entitled to predicate the costs of procedural court officers. The description of the adjudication on court officers’ fees and their other costs with selected views of jurisprudence and judicature were introduced in the case study. The article comprises also the issue of the admissibility of predicating on court officers’ fees by the court referendary. Finally, de lege ferenda views on the subject matter were presented.
